Our Tour
DAY 01.- At 06:00 hrs. departure from San Cristobal, at 07:00 hours departure from Tuxtla Gutierrez to la Venta canyon, with included breackfast on road we arrive and go down 874 steps for the visit of this beautiful water fall, time to swim and walk inside of the canyon getting in touch with the nature, seeing rock formations, fossils and stalactites we continue to "La sima del copal" lunch included in this place, visit of this beautiful place making a walk inside of the pit to see rock formation, vegetation, cave paintings and we wait the return of hundreds of parrots to the pit at the sunset flying around in the season when they are living in this place, dinner included and overnight in cabins of the place.
DAY 02.- After breakfast we head on to Apic pac a small community where we take a motor boat and start an excursion in the lake to see the flora of the place, visit of the parrots cave with the boat, when the level of the water is low we go inside by walking until it would be possible and if it is dried, return to Apic pac, lunch included in a local restaurant and head back to San Cristobal de las Casas or Tuxtla Gutierrez, arriving at 21:00 hrs. Approximately.
