CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE: AT THE AGUACERO WATERFALL; EXPLORATION OF THE UNDERGROUND LAKE BY DONUT OR RAFTING; AT THE SIMA DE LAS COTORRAS; HIKING THE PREHISTORIC TRAIL, RAPPEL, AND VIA FERRATA TO DESCENT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE CHAP, OR A ZIP LINE ACTIVITY. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR.
Departure from San Cristóbal de las Casas at 6:00 AM for the parrots abyss, with breakfast included en route. Continue to the La Venta Canyon, where upon arrival, we prepare to descend the 874-step trail and reach the river. At the bottom of the canyon, we see the Aguacero waterfall. We have time to swim and walk through the water, admiring the landscape and the fossils, before beginning the hike up. Here, you can explore the Enchanted Cave and the underground lake on donuts or rafts. We continue to the Parrot Chasm, including a picnic lunch. Afterward, you can enjoy the following activities: Trekking on the prehistoric trail consists of walking along a limestone ledge into the pit with a safety line to see the rock formations, cave paintings, and parrots nesting there. Half-rappel or rappel to the bottom of the pit and ascend via the via ferrata or zip line. Those who want to rappel to the bottom and ascend via the via ferrata or zip line can hike to explore the site. We wait for sunset to see the hundreds of parrots returning to spend the night inside this gigantic limestone cavity. Return to San Cristóbal de las Casas or Tuxtla Gutiérrez. Note: The parakeets are in season from February to October, after which only the activities described are carried out at your discretion.

OBSERVACIONES:
Each person must to carry on a back pack to transport water, fruits or other kind o food, special shoes or old tennis to walk into the water, peaked, mosquitoes repellent. Remarks: we must not use suntan creams or lotions as these affect the eco systems and pollute the water.
